About this file
This Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) outlines six data items required under a federal contract for an Enhanced Electronic Automatic Activation Device (EEAAD). The CDRL requires the contractor to submit: a COTS manual with supplemental information in five submissions due prior to testing events, with a final reproducible copy due after verification; a validation plan due 60 days before validation; a validation report due 15 days after validation; a maintenance allocation chart due 30 days after award and updated with subsequent COTS manual submissions; supportability analysis summaries due 30 days after award; and a provisioning parts list in three submissions - initial, second due with the third COTS manual, and final due 15 days after a provisioning conference. The Army Contracting Command is listed as the agency, with deadlines and approval processes provided for each deliverable.
