109 CDRLs We have interpreted the App Code “N/A” in Block 8 of CDRLS to mean that approval of a draft is not required prior to final distribution. However this does not mean the document has been accepted. If this interpretation is correct we request revision to CDRLS where the application code “N/A” is included in block 8 to limit the Government’s review time after submission and the Contractor’s subsequent submission requirement to one time incorporation of Government comments or correction of deficiencies following formal rejection by the Government.
CDRLs will not be revised. CDRLs marked “N/A” will have a “review only” process by the Government and in general will be accepted if it meets the requirements of the DiD.
