Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Administrative Support Services

Sample Task Order 0001

13 October 2016

C.1 General

The Contractor shall provide all necessary work force possessing the skills, knowledge, and training to perform non-personal administrative support services, in accordance with the Base

Performance Work Statement (PWS) and PWS Appendix A – Labor Categories. The Period of

Performance for this task order shall not exceed one (1) year.

C.2 Task Order Requirements

The Contractor shall provide the following labor categories for sample task order 0001, in accordance to the Base PWS and PWS Appendix A – Labor Categories:

C.3 Place of Performance

C.3.1 The Contractor shall provide workforce for Army Research Laboratory (ARL) and its directorates located on-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland (to include both

Aberdeen and Edgewood areas) and the Adelphi Laboratory Center (ALC), in Adelphi, Maryland.

C.4 Contract Deliverables

C.4.1 Monthly Reports

The Contractor shall provide monthly reports in accordance to section C.9.1 of the base PWS and as outlined in the DD1423 form Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). The Contractor shall provide a report which includes current/anticipated vacancies, recruiting status, a summary of situations/incidents occurring in the previous week (along with resolution/status), and other information relevant to management of the contract. These reports shall be submitted via email or, upon request, in hard copy format and reviewed in person with the COR. Reports shall be due

NLT the tenth day of each month.

C.5 Government-Furnished Support

The Government will provide all furnished support as outlined in section C.11 of the base PWS.

The Contractor shall adhere to the Government-Furnished Support requirements, as outlined in section C.11 of the base PWS.

C.6 Travel

The Contractor shall perform travel in accordance with the requirements outlined in section C.12 of the base PWS. The Contractor shall provide the TO COR a quote for each proposed trip and ensure that it includes the proposed destinations, number of people traveling, number of trips per person, airfare cost per person, lodging cost per person, per diem cost per person, and any other miscellaneous costs per person. All proposed travel requires written pre-approval from the COR.

All invoices containing travel charges shall include supporting documentation such as receipts and invoices.

C.7 Anti-Terrorism Operational Security (ATOPSEC) Requirements

The Contractor shall adhere to the ATOPSEC requirements, as outlined in section C.13 of the base PWS.

C.8 Distribution Statements

The Contractor shall adhere to the Distribution Statement requirements, as outlined in section

C.8.2 of the base PWS.
