About this file

This document is an Amendment (0001) to Solicitation W911N2-25-Q-0028 for Court Reporter Services issued by the Letterkenny Army Depot Contracting Office. The amendment provides a series of questions and answers clarifying key details about the procurement, including that the Army currently has a court reporting vendor, will accept AAERT certified digital court reporters, and anticipates approximately 30 court reporters annually. The hearings will not all be in-person, with some potentially conducted via Zoom or Teams, and the estimated workload is 1,500 pages per transcript type per year. Typically, 25-30 days notice will be provided for scheduling services, though shorter notice is possible in rare instances. No specific security clearance is required to perform the services.
