QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Q1. There are 3 different types of training necessary for all contractors AT Level 1 Awareness Training, iWATCH Training, and OPSEC Training. How long are these trainings, and is this something that is done on site before work is performed?

A1. We believe each training takes about 30 minutes to 1hour. Specific training requirements will be addresed in the post award conference.

Q2. It has specific years listed for check valve inspections, is this for 5th year internal inspections of the check valves?

A2. Correct.

Q3. They ask for a specific price to winterize the buildings. Besides hitting all the low point drains, are there specific wet systems that are placed out of service over the winter months? If so which ones?

A3. No, all remain in service but need drained.

Q4. For repair labor should we just be multiplying our service rates with the estimated hours that they provided?

A4. Multiply the hours by the labor rate and that is the overall price.

Q5. In reference to page 33 section 5.6 (Winterizing Systems). Will the wet systems that need to be drained just be drained and secured or will each drop need to be drained to ensure no water is in system at all?

A5. Each Drop.
