About this file
This file is Amendment 0001 to a federal contract opportunity for Emergency Maintenance Equipment Support issued by the Army Contracting Command-Anniston Army Depot (ACC-ANAD).
The amendment provides clarification on 27 vendor questions regarding contract performance requirements and operational procedures. Key details include: contractors must provide their own tools and maintain 48-hour response times (excluding holidays and weekends) for equipment failures notified on first shift only. The government will provide available manuals and spare parts if in stock; replacement parts must meet OEM standards. Contractors must provide parts when government inventory is unavailable, with case-by-case evaluation for replacement of used government parts. The government will provide security clearances and badging for frequent visitors, accommodate parking for service vans in most cases, and work to locate storage space for contractor equipment. Down machine notifications will occur only during first shift through email from a centralized team of government Points of Contact following internal assessment. Contractors performing equipment operations or maintenance requiring certifications must be certified; the government will provide site safety policies and training requirements post-award. Approximately 90 percent of listed equipment is currently operational. Priority 1 designates the highest priority equipment, most of which represents single or limited points of failure. Work must commence immediately upon contract award if equipment requires intervention. Work completion will be verified through service reports and visual inspection. The contract vehicle type and funding obligation method remain to be determined. Phase I closes September 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM CDT. The CSO AoI Number is W911KF-25-S-C002-A0011.
