Comment Classification: Unclassified\\For Official Use Only (U\\FOUO)

During the pre-proposal conference the question was asked "Is there re-mobilization for coming back if repairs are need?" and government responded with "Any re-mobilization cost should be included in that option CLIN." The question is how does the contractor know what CLIN to put the mob/demob cost in if we don't know what CLIN is going to be awarded? For example if we put mob/demob in CLIN 0009 and that CLIN doesn't get awarded how will the contractor get paid for mob/demob? We ask the government to please add another optional CLIN for a second mob/demob if repairs are required in 2017.

On: Jul 23 2015.

Government Response.. Upon further review, a second mob/demob for 2017 has been added as CLIN 0013. See Amendment #2 On: Jul 29 2015
