About this file

This document contains responses to vendor questions submitted regarding Solicitation W91151-26-Q-A014 for Catholic Administrative Pastoral Life Coordinator services. The Government denied a request to extend the submission deadline beyond 10:00 AM Central Time on January 26, 2026, citing operational requirements. Regarding documentation requirements, the Government directed offerors to review the Amendment Solicitation for specific submission instructions and clarified that candidate resumes should be addressed per the solicitation requirements without providing explicit page limit guidance. The Government confirmed this is a new requirement with no incumbent, and directed offerors to research previous contract information through public databases such as SAM.gov and FPDS-NG. For work schedule specifics, the Government referred offerors to the Performance Work Statement included in the solicitation package for details on duties, tasks, and any work schedule requirements.

The questions and answers emphasize that all offerors must thoroughly review the complete solicitation package, including the Performance Work Statement, to ensure understanding of requirements, submission instructions, and evaluation criteria. Key contract details from the related solicitation include: Firm-Fixed-Price contract for non-personal services supporting Catholic religious services at Fort Hood, Texas; NAICS code 813110 (Religious Services) with an $8 million business size standard; 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside; submission deadline of January 26, 2026 at 10:00 AM Central Time; and award intended without discussions unless circumstances warrant.
