F. answer questions
a. Is required the Past Performance Report Form to fill the cleaning service for Government contractor only?
Answer: No, the government doesn’t have certain form. The vendor can submit the form on its own.
Non US government experience is also acceptable.
b. How can we provide/made the past performance without experience for government contract? or Do we use without form down town/city for past experience of cleaning service? Your support is greatly appreciated in this matter.
Answer: When you see ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (NOV 2021), FACTOR II - PAST PERFORMANCE, it says “Past performance will be rated on an “acceptable” or “unacceptable” basis. In the case of an offeror without a record of relevant past performance or for whom information on past performance is not available or so sparse that no meaningful past performance rating can be reasonably assigned, the offeror may not be evaluated favorably or unfavorably on past performance. Therefore, the offeror shall be determined to have unknown past performance. In the context of acceptability/unacceptability, “unknown” shall be considered “acceptable”.”
G. There are no other changes to the solicitation with this amendment.
