Question NumberTopicSubject (title)QuestionQuestion Reference (SOW, L&M, Page #s, etc)Government Response
1Past PerformancePast Performance Response FormattingWill the Government confirm that the past performance information required in L.3.2.1 Section 1 - Contract Description can be placed in a table for each reference and therefore the Offeror can provide this information in 8 point font?L.3.2.1 Section 1 - Contract DescriptionYes, it can be placed in a table in 8 point font.
2NAICS CodeNAICS 333310 ApplicabilityCan the Government confirm that NAICS Code 333310 is the most accurate NAICS Code for this opportunity, as NAICS Code 333310 appears to involve more commercial products for the service industry rather than the engineering services called for on the LTRaC solicitation of design, development, and utilization of machines, materials, instruments, structures, processes, and systems. The LTRaC request seems to be more aligned with NAICS Code 541330 (Engineering Services). Would the government consider issuing under NAICS Code 541330?L.1 General Information, PARA b. & RFP, page 53, Clause 52.204-8The 333310 NAICS Code is correct. LTRaC MAC 3 is intended to be a product/supply contract and there will be very limited (if any) services Delivery Orders issued under this MAC. The LTRaC MAC 3 include requirements for tech refreshes which critical part is the integration of hardware/software with the systems currently in place. The anticipated contract efforts will require a high level of customization for all the pieces to work together after replacing old components and integrating software upgrades.
