W81XWH19Q0003 Combined Synopsis Solicitation:

AMENDMENT 0001

The purpose of this amendment is to address Questions received for the EST 2000 requirement, from the Combined Synopsis Solicitation posted on 04/03/2019. All questions were due by 4/9/19 @ 11:00am.

Question #1: Will the contractor allow for the proposal to be split? All Items after the initial upgrade (Warranty, WIN 10 Software updates and, CMR) are capable of being done by outside sources and could provide a large cost savings to the government if offered as a stand-alone proposal.

Answer to Question #1: The proposal is all or none for the response. The proposal should tell us how the work can be completed, and that they can meet all needs of the requirement. No partial proposals will be accepted.

Question #2: Will a site visit be permitted in order to get a better understanding of the scope of work?

Answer to Question #2: Yes. Please RSVP to Ashley Atkins no later than Thursday, April 18th at 1:00PM, with the time of availability to visit the work location. Visit date is April 19th, from 8:00am – 3:30pm. The closing date has been revised to 24 April 2019 at 11:00 a.m.

No questions will be addressed during the visit. Any additional questions after the site visit must be submitted to Ashley Atkins no later than 22 April 2019 at 11:00 a.m. EST.

Question #3: I am hoping to find out if there is an incumbent contractor currently performing these services, if similar services have been performed in the past, or if this is a new requirement. If there is an incumbent, could you please provide the contract or task order number?

Answer to Question #3: This is a new requirement and there is no current contract for this EST 2000 Upgrade.
