About this file

This document is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) and Request for Information (RFI) issued by the United States Department of the Army's Management Support Office for the Army Expeditionary Civilian Workforce (AECW) Directorate. The RFI seeks to gauge industry interest in a potential furniture procurement at Camp Atterbury, Indiana, with the primary objective of identifying potential sources capable of supplying, delivering, assembling, and arranging various furniture items.

The RFI specifically aims to explore set-aside opportunities for small businesses, including veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, HUBZone, small-disadvantaged, and women-owned small businesses. Interested vendors are required to submit a 5-page capability statement addressing six key areas: contact information, technical capabilities, commerciality of proposed items, product description, past performance, and additional requirement details. Importantly, this is a market research and procurement planning document and does not guarantee a contract award, with the Army reserving the right to modify requirements as needed.
