About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details furniture procurement requirements for the Army Expeditionary Civilian Workforce (AECW) Directorate at Camp Atterbury, Indiana. The project involves supplying, delivering, assembling, and arranging furniture for Building 367, with specific requirements across four rooms: an office with a conference table and task chairs, a second office with administrative desks and bookcases, a classroom with storage cabinets, tables, chairs, room dividers, and an admin desk, and a breakroom with cafe tables, chairs, and a refrigerator. The furniture specifications emphasize a consistent walnut wood coloring aesthetic matching the existing Knoll brand, with detailed line items for each space.

The procurement is currently in a Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) stage, with the Department of the Army seeking potential sources for this furniture acquisition. The project aims to explore set-aside possibilities for small businesses, including veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, HUBZone, small-disadvantaged, and women-owned small businesses. The furniture must be delivered and fully installed by the end of 2025, with work to be performed during normal business hours (7:00am to 4:00pm EST, Monday to Friday). Contractors must comply with security requirements, including background checks and antiterrorism awareness training, and will be responsible for quality assurance, waste disposal, and site restoration.
