About this file

This document contains a draft request for proposal from the U.S. Army Medical Command seeking certified athletic trainers to provide services at brigade, battalion, and company levels. The athletic trainers would be assigned specifically to designated units to provide musculoskeletal care, early medical intervention, injury prevention, and performance optimization services at fitness centers, administrative areas, outdoors, ranges, and field training environments. Any medical treatment provided would be subject to supervision by a government healthcare provider, and the location of duty would be under control of the resourced unit brigade commander. Responses were requested to include company information and be submitted with questions using the provided template by January 11, 2021. The opportunity posting indicates this is a draft request for information only and not a formal solicitation.
