Description of Services #3.
The Government indicates the total value of task orders shall not exceed $21 million for the five-year period. The Government indicated the value of the current Contract W91YTZ-18-C-0007 is $6,975,328.86. According to FPDS.GOV < Caution-http://FPDS.GOV > , this was awarded on 3/31/2018. Assuming an April 1, 2019 start date for the follow on contract, this value is for one year, indicating a five year spend at this level will exceed $21 million. Will the Government please confirm that the maximum value remains at $21 million for the five year period, and if not, please identify a new maximum or remove the reference to the maximum value?
The maximum value is $26,000,000.00 in accordance with the Description of Services, paragraph number 3 as of Amendment 0004 to the solicitation.

We do not see Appendix D. The Government previously stated, “The government intends to issue an amendment to remove the reference to Appendix D.” Is this still the Governments intent?
Amendment 0004 removed the Appendix D reference.

Since the site visit was less than 14 days from the current proposal due date (Amendment 2), and contractors were instructed to submit questions to the CO from the site, will the Government extend the proposal submission date
