About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document addressing clarification on contract delivery and site conditions for medical equipment procurement solicitation W81K0026QA134 issued by the Department of the Army Medical Command. The document clarifies that pricing for the equipment must be inclusive of delivery, assembly, installation, and removal/disposal of existing equipment being replaced, as stated in the salient characteristics section of the requirements.
The Q&A specifies that only two items require removal and disposal: an exam bed and a refrigerator, both currently located in the medical office and accessible to the facility's main entrance.
