SECTION SF 30 BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE

The purpose of this Amendment 0003 is as follows:

a.) Clarify/correct the response given to Amendment 0002 Q&A #53.

Question 53: CLIN x001 please confirm that the collection station monthly charge should not include the cost of hauling the full roll off containers and disposing of their contents, as these prices are to be provided in x002 Roll Off Services.

Original Answer: Hauling and disposing of the rolloffs should be included in the Surge CLIN 2 prices.

Revised Answer: There are a certain number of roll-off containers that will be constantly needed at the two collection stations to hold debris that is brought by APG Tenants and/or the refuse & recycling contractor itself. Between the two collection stations, Offerors should assume approximately 35-45 total roll-offs will be filled and hauled per month. The exact number will depend on the time of year and demand. All costs for these collection station rolloffs (to include any hauling, disposal, replacement, etc.)

shall be included in the monthly pricing of CLINs 1001, 2001, 3001, 4001, 5001 on the collection station line item.

NOTE: Separately, the Government reiterates that all costs (to include hauling, disposal, etc.) associated with “surge/rolloff support” (the 200 estimated per year rolloff containers) would be billed against CLINs 1002, 2002, 3002, 4002, and 5002.

b.) Answer a question received regarding the start date of the new contract.

Question: Can the Government please post the expected start date of the contract as we could not find it in the docs?

Answer: The Government anticipates awarding the new contract in spring/early summer 2018 timeframe.

OFFERORS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS AMENDMENT WITH THEIR PROPOSAL.
