(2) Past Performance is determined to be recent when it has occurred within three years. Past Performance is relevant when the service provided is similar to the services requested in the PWS.
(3) Past Performance will be evaluated as “recent and relevant” or “not recent and relevant.” In the case of an offeror for whom information on past performance is not available, the offeror will be evaluated as “neutral.”
(4) Offeror’s should provide a narrative summary describing recent (within three years), and relevant experiences in order to substantiate past performance and ability to perform the requirements of the PWS. The following information should be provided in addition to the summary: contract number, dollar value, geographic location(s), Point of Contact; telephone number, email address.
