This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the U.S. Army Contracting Command for a Vehicle Mounted Electromagnetic Support and Electromagnetic Attack System. The RFI seeks mature Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) systems that are commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) or government off-the-shelf (GOTS), with the ability to deliver two systems within 30-60 days of funding. Interested parties must be verified Cleared Defense Contractors with a Facility Clearance Level of SECRET or higher, and must submit a 15-page white paper by 3:00 PM EST on 18 December 2025 detailing system capabilities, including technology readiness level, availability, experimentation data, cost, training, and technical specifications.
The solicitation is classified at the SECRET level, with requirements available upon request to qualified vendors. Respondents must complete Annexes A, B, and C by 11 December 2025 to receive classified documentation. The RFI is for market survey and acquisition strategy development, focusing on a vehicle-mounted electromagnetic sensing and attack capability.
