About this file
This document is a Technical Documentation Access Compliance Certification for a Vehicle Mounted Electromagnetic Support and Attack System, issued by the US Army's Product Lead Electronic Attack (PL EA) within PEO IEW&S and PM EW&C. The certification requires a vendor to comply with strict security protocols, including protecting restricted technical data, verifying business ownership status, ensuring all personnel accessing documentation are U.S. Citizens, and maintaining appropriate security clearances. Key requirements include executing a Non-Disclosure Agreement, destroying all technical documentation within 180 calendar days of receipt, and providing a certification letter detailing the destruction method and list of personnel who accessed the documents. The document emphasizes operational security and export control compliance, with multiple checkboxes for different vendor business ownership scenarios and explicit restrictions on foreign national involvement.
