About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and related federal contract opportunity for Heavy Tactical Vehicle (HTV) Protection Kits. The CDRL outlines eight required data items for contractors to report cost, schedule, and technical data in accordance with DoD standards. Reports include a Contract Work Breakdown Structure, Cost Data Summary Report, Functional Cost-Hour Report, and Bill of Materials. Contractors must register with the Cost Assessment Data Enterprise portal and possess a DoD-issued CAC to submit reports. The related federal contract opportunity is a Request for Information from the Army Contracting Command seeking information from small businesses on their ability to produce and deliver HTV Protection Kits while meeting CSDR requirements and performing configuration management tasks. Responses are due by the date specified.

Blocks 10, 11, 12, and 13: This report is required to be initially submitted within 60 calendar days of contract award with data for the prior fiscal year. Additional reports are required on an annual basis within 60 calendar days subsequent to the end of the contractor's fiscal year for the life of the contract. Only one report is required to be completed and submitted by each Forward Pricing Rate (FPR) unit (e.g., plant, site, business unit) per year, independent of the number of contracts within the FPR unit which contain this CDRL item. In the absence of an FPR requirement, the term FPR unit should be interpreted for reporting purposes as business unit as defined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The data requested in Sections A and B must be provided for the Prior Year, for the Current Year, and for Future Years. Current Year refers to the company’s most recently completed fiscal year. Prior Year is the year preceding the Current Year, and Future Year is any year subsequent to the Current Year. For purposes of this report, submit actual costs for the Current Year and the Prior Year. Submit estimated costs for all Future Years.
The number of Future Years must reflect the number of years contained in the most current Forward Pricing Rate (FPRP) or Forward Pricing Rate Agreement (FPRA) document. In the absence of these documents or if the FPRP or FPRA contains less than three future years, estimates must be provided for three future years. Complete a separate copy of the first page (i.e., Sections A and B, with accompanying metadata) for each fiscal year. Note: Page 2 (sections C through F, and Remarks) of the DD Form 1921-3 need be provided only once for the entire submission. The contractor shall update this value at least once annually. |
| xxx) | Unit Cost Source: The source of the data provided for “Unit Price” (e.g., quote/purchase order number, estimate). |
