About this file

This document contains a federal contract opportunity for Heavy Tactical Vehicle (HTV) Protection Kits and an associated resource distribution table template. The Army Contracting Command - Warren posted a request for information in September 2018 to determine if small businesses can produce and deliver FHTV Protection Kits for various tactical vehicles. This supplemental RFI seeks information on small business capabilities to perform cost and software data reporting requirements and configuration management tasks related to the kits. Responses are due by the date specified to the listed point of contact.

The resource distribution table template provides instructions and fields to break down total contract price by costs for the prime contractor, various subcontractors exceeding $20 million, and all other subcontractors combined. For large subcontractors, company name, location, percentage of commercial and competitive items, and OSD waiver number if applicable must be included. A work breakdown structure is also provided to track costs by kit, integration, hardware, packaging, software, and other program elements.
