About this file
This document contains a technical information questionnaire (TIQ) and related federal contract opportunity notice. The TIQ outlines specifications for a vehicle recovery truck and requests responses to detailed questions regarding dimensions, components, performance capabilities, and corrosion protection. It seeks supporting documentation for components and requires compliance with stated standards.
The related opportunity notice is a solicitation from the US Army Contracting Command seeking proposals for non-standard medium tactical vehicles, specifically a general transport truck and vehicle recovery truck from a single manufacturer. Proposals are requested for the vehicles and a three-year common spare parts list. The vehicles must be 2018 models or later, have high-sulfur diesel engines and manuals in English, French and/or Arabic. The requirement is a three-year firm-fixed price requirements contract for origin delivery and full and open competition under solicitation number W56HZV-19-R-0089.
