rmks2: The data package shall include a cover sheet, table of contents, case narrative, the analytical results, sample management records, and internal laboratory Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) information. The laboratory data package should be organized such that the analytical results are reported on a per batch basis unless otherwise specified. The laboratory shall e-mail the analytical results to the RRAD point of contact (POC) identified on the chain of custody form accompanying the sample. The file shall be in a PDF format. All electronic data deliverables (EDDs) submitted by the laboratory are required to be error-free, and in complete agreement with hard copy data. The laboratory is encouraged to perform a QC check of the electronic data file for accuracy. The laboratory has not met its obligation of submission of the EDDs if errors are identified. The analytical laboratory will be required to correct any discrepancies between the two reports.
