1SolicitationSection C, Page 12 of 63, Paragraph D.Section C states: "The contractor shall install COEI IAW the appropriate TMs on truck 100%". However, according to TM

9-2320-302-10 (Operator's Manual), on page 0019 00-2, there are no COEI on the M915A3 truck. Please clarify this apparent inconsistency.

Confirmed there are no COEI. Referenced removed from Section C.23-Sep-1523-Sep-15
2SolicitationSection C, Page 16 of 63, Paragraph 8, Subparagraph A.

Delivery RFP paragraph C.8.A states that: "Each asset must be returned to the RRAD, fully remanufactured no more than 30 days after having been picked up at RRAD." Request the Government change this requirement to".no more than 60 days after having been picked up at RRAD" for the following rationale: The current pick-up/delivery schedule at RRAD is limited to Monday through Thursday, between 0700 and 1500 hours. Trucks completed/accepted by close of business on Thursday must wait 3 days before delivery to RRAD (Monday), thus creating a possible late delivery situation. This situation is beyond the control of the contractor. In order to meet the 30 day remanufacture cycle time (RCT) for all vehicles, contractors will be required to work after normal duty hours, weekends and holidays. As indicated in RFP paragraph C.5.A, RRAD Inspectors will be involved in all manner of inspections, to include, mechanical and paint, road test, re-work, compliance, acceptance, etc. In order to maintain an uninterrupted flow of vehicles through a 30 day RCT, RRAD Inspectors will need to be available after normal duty hours, weekends and holidays. As well, there will need to be sufficient number of RRAD Inspectors readily available as to not impede the remanufacture process while the contractor awaits "an available RRAD Inspector".

The requested revision to a 60 day cycle time will allow both the contractor and RRAD personnel to best plan, schedule and allocate resources to complete the mission.

60 calendar days accepted. Changed SOW to reflect "60 Days".23-Sep-1523-Sep-15
