A: Contractor performance information is proprietary and will not be released.

109.Q: Would it be possible to get a copy of the original Statement of Work or PWS used for the solicitation to the current Facility contract and the current Supply contract for HSAAP?

A: The Government will consider making this available in the VTL.

110.Q: Can you please provide an overview of the data that will be made available to all bidders concerning the pricing of compounds to be manufactured and the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities. Given the one-of-a-kind nature of the manufacturing process, and the unique equipment at HSAAP, how does the Government intend to eliminate the incumbent’s advantage?

A: The Government intends to provide a Baseline Facility Assessment and Baseline Environmental Conditions Assessment to the VTL. A GFP listing and the incumbent’s property that will transfer to Government ownership at the end of the contract will also be provided with the draft RFP. Additionally, any applicable IP that can be released will be posted in the VTL prior to, or at the time of, the issuance of the draft RFP; updates will be made to the posting in the VTL if additional IP becomes available prior to the issuance of the final RFP.
