PWS Paragraph 1.6.8
The contractor is required, at a minimum, to be staffed in accordance with the following:
· 50% staffed 20 days after award
· 100% fully staffed 60 days after award
In Amendment 0002, the Government revised Section L, Volume 5, L, 3 to reflect a 90-day Transition-In Period.
Will the government revise PWS, page 15, paragraph 1.6.8, to align the staffing requirement with the 90 day Transition-In Period?
A:19

RFP, Section L

Section L, Volume 5, Factor 5, #4
The proposal shall consist of:
· Electronic copy of the filled out Pricing Matrix/Attachment 0001.
· Any additional information considered necessary to explain the proposed pricing
The government does not provide instructions for subcontractor proposals.
Are subcontractors required to submit an unsanitized Cost proposal directly to the government?
A:20
The Government isn’t asking for cost proposals. Per the RFP Section L.2 and the price matrix column B, the offeror is to identify the company name and its proposed labor rate. If a subcontractor is being utilized for a specific labor category, the sub-contractors name will be placed in that column.
