Question 7:___________

Page 49: L.3.4.1 - Will the Windows compatible computer that is government provided, have internet access? If so, what bandwidth would be available?

Answer to 7:____________

The Windows compatible computer provided for oral presentations will be for Government use only. Government personnel will control the oral presentation slides that were submitted with an offeror's proposal.

Question 8:___________

Page 49: L.3.4.1. - During the presentation, will Government allow the presenter to access and present a live streaming video?

Answer to 8:____________

An offeror may utilize a live streaming video during their presentation if the link to the video is embedded and accessible in one of the oral presentation slides. Any video not included or accessible in accordance with Section L of the Solicitation for the oral presentation proposal submission cannot be utilized during an offeror's oral presentation. Additional presentation time will not be given to accommodate any video encompassed in an offeror's oral presentation; time limits stated in the Solicitation still apply.

Question 9:___________

Per the 2-D label requirements in the Statement of Work 2-D BAR CODING VERIFICATION, (a), page 7 of the solicitation, is a quantity of one (1) Box Label required on each Wood Box and one (1) Pallet Label required on each pallet of boxes?

Answer to 9:____________

There should be no 2D barcode on the boxes or pallets when shipping empty boxes.

Question 10:____________

Per requirements of TDP Print # 12999545, there is information to be included in the 2D Barcode that is specific to the box AFTER it is loaded with ammunition.

Page 4, paragraph 4.a(2) requires the gross weight of the ammo box. Is this the weight of the empty box or will the govt. provide a

TYPICAL weight of a filled box to use for the labelling?

We can use the TYPICAL gross weight, but not the ACTUAL gross weight of the box, as the munitions will not be placed in the box when shipped from the manufacturer. This can have the wood boxes mis-labelled by weight until the boxes are filled with their contents or mis-labeled after the contents are placed in the box. Please advise?

Answer to 10:_____________

All of the information on the 2D barcode should be for a loaded box. 2D barcodes are applied at the loading facility, not the box manufacturer.

Question 11:____________

Page 5, paragraph 4.c(1) states The lot number identifies the production batch of the materiel in a package and is identified with the

ANSI MH10.8.2 data identifier of 1T. This requires us to include the Lot # of the material in a package. This data (Lot# of the contents of the container) will not be known by the wood container manufacturer. This information will only be known at the time 105MM rounds are loaded into the box. Please advise on how to handle the Lot# we will need to place on each label?

Answer to 11:_____________

Per MIL-STD-1168 (required in this solicitation), paragraph 3.2.7 "Component lot number. A component lot number follows the same format as an ammunition lot number as described in 3.2.4. Not all components are energetic or are themselves ammunition, but they may still be required to have an ammunition lot number assigned." The Wood Boxes are considered components and are required to have data entry of the wood box lot number and associated information specific to that lot into MHP-WARP.

Question 12:____________

Please advise if this 2-D labelling is a requirement for the container manufacturer or the organization that loads the container.

Answer to 12:_____________

There should be no 2D barcode on the boxes or pallets when shipping empty boxes.

Question 13:____________

Is the Ammunition Data Card (ADC) requirement only entail the electronic ADC entry in WARP or is there also a paper submission of the

ADC required?

Answer to 13:_____________

No.
