About this file

This document is a Virtual Industry Day Questions and Answers (Q&A) spreadsheet for the U.S. Army Operational Test Command's (OTC) Base Test Support Services (BTSS) Follow-On acquisition. The Q&A contains five industry questions addressing historical data, vehicle support, and IT support requirements. Key details include OTC's plan to provide historical labor data for FY23-25, confirmation of a motor pool inventory consisting of 1,854 pieces of equipment and vehicles, and clarification that IT support is specifically scoped for test instrumentation and contractor-related needs.

The associated federal contract opportunity involves a virtual industry day scheduled for 17 December 2025 from 10:00-12:00 AM EST, conducted via Microsoft Teams. Potential vendors must register by 15 December 2025 with specific contract personnel, with no foreign nationals permitted to attend. The procurement is being managed by the Department of the Army's Headquarters Mission and Installation Contracting Command (HQ MICC), Theater Support Center (TSC), seeking a follow-on base test support services contract. The government emphasizes that this is a pre-solicitation notice and they are not currently seeking quotes or proposals.
