About this file

This is a Proposed Pricing Sheet template for the PAVIS Support Services contract (W51AA126QA024) at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Offerors must complete the green-shaded cells to submit fully burdened hourly labor rates for PAVIS Technician services performing unscheduled and emergency repairs during normal Monday-Friday duty hours. The pricing sheet covers three contract line items (CLINs): Base Year, Option Year 1, and Option Year 2, each with an estimated 416 hours for evaluation purposes only. The template also includes a 6-month option to extend services. Offerors must enter hourly rates without including material costs, as materials are reimbursed on an at-cost basis. The total evaluated price combines all CLINs for comparison purposes and will be used for evaluation only, with all repair funding requiring prior Contracting Officer Representative approval before work commences.

The pricing sheet emphasizes that the estimated hours are strictly for evaluation and do not obligate the Government to a specified number of hours. Service Contract Labor Standards under FAR 37.107 and 41 USC Chapter 67 are applicable, requiring adherence to minimum wage and fringe benefit requirements referenced in the Wage Determination attachment. Offerors must also populate their pricing on the signed SF 1449 form. The amended solicitation deadline is February 5, 2026, by 12:00 PM EST, with proposals submitted via email to the Purchasing Agent, Alicia Piercy.
