Restroom Trailer Specifications: We understand that you require a portable restroom trailer. Restroom trailers are available with different configurations, typically ranging from a minimum of two regular stalls to six regular stalls. Additionally, they can include ADA-compliant stalls, but these do not come in a combination like one regular stall and one ADA-compliant stall. Could you please specify what type of restroom trailer you are looking for? For example, are you looking for a trailer with more regular stalls or one with ADA-compliant stalls? The trailer should have three (3) regular stalls.
This solicitation is requesting 1 portable restroom trailer. How many toilets should be in the restroom trailer? The trailer should have three (3) stalls.
You mentioned the need for twelve (12) portable toilets and two (2) handicap-accessible portable toilets. Are these units required in addition to the restroom trailer, or are they meant to be a standalone solution without the restroom trailer? The toilets are required in addition to the restroom trailer.
You have indicated a need for portable restroom services during special events, which is not separately priced. Since all units will come with weekly service, could you clarify what is meant by requiring restroom services during special events? Are you referring to the need for additional units, increased service frequency, or any other specific requirements during these events? This will be a time an material CLIN. We will arrange to have a specified amount of restrooms/sinks dropped off for an event for a specified amount of time. Please provide a price per week break down of your equipment.
Will there be access to power and water on site, or will we need to provide a generator and water holding tanks? For the restroom trailers, we will move them to the desired location as needed, and provide water and power.
Are the handicap toilets to be placed on the ground for wheelchairs to have access?Yes, handicap restrooms will be placed on the ground.
What “special event” equipment will you need? Will this be pulled from the existing inventory on base and simply moved to the special event location, then put back to its original location…we bill simply for moving back and forth…OR will EACH SPECIAL EVENT REQUIRE its own equipment and the charge that goes along with that? This will be a time an material CLIN. We will arrange to have a specified amount of restrooms/sinks dropped off for an event for a specified amount of time. These restrooms will be separate from the 12 restrooms under the Firm Fixed Price CLIN. Please provide a price per week break down of your equipment (restroom, sink, and trailer).
The Performance Work Statement indicates a weekly cleaning, while the Pricing Table suggests bi-weekly cleanings. To ensure that we are on the same page, could you please clarify the required cleaning frequency for this contract?Weekly cleanings will be required.See Attachment 2 Pricing Table REV and W51AA1-24-Q-0117 Amendment 0001
Is the trailer required only for events? One trailer will be required to be at Tobyhanna full time. This trailer will be moved as needed, and will require maintanence as descired in the PWS.
Do you have an estimated quantity of units for events or a listing of the events requiring restrooms? One (1) restroom at the LE range three (3) times a year. One (1) events requiring three (3) restrooms. This is only an estimate. We may require more restrooms/sinks/trailer for unforseen events.
The excel spreadsheet CLIN/Item, 0002: spreadsheet wants to see fully loaded price (labor/delivery/servicing + rental fee): OK we have that…Now the solicitation doc (Page 6) for CLIN 0002 is requesting 2 numbers: a total estimated price and a ceiling price.. Can you help guide us to calculate that?See Attachment 2 Pricing Table REV and W51AA1-24-Q-0117 Amendment 0001. Total estimated price and ceiling price are not required on SF1449.
