About this file

This is Amendment 0002 to solicitation W519TC-25-R-0014 for the demilitarization and disposal of shotgun cartridges, issued by the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island. The amendment makes several key changes: corrects the solicitation number on Attachment 0001 (Price Matrix), adds a fill-in field for place of performance on Attachment 0002 (Asset List), clarifies that offerors without past performance must still submit a past performance volume, and revises paragraph L.3.1.a to exclude additional documents from the 20-page technical proposal limit (now excluding IMP, IMS, RMP, QMS and acronym lists).

The amendment extends the proposal due date to February 3, 2025 at 9:00 AM Central Time. Only offerors who submitted complete proposals by January 6, 2025 are eligible to submit revised proposals under this amendment. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price award, with pricing required for CLIN 0100 (Shotgun Cartridges). Technical proposals must address five sub-factors: Technical Approach, Safety, Environmental, Security, and Program Management. Past performance evaluations will consider contracts performed within three years of solicitation issuance, excluding those involving open burning or open detonation of ammunition.
