About this file
This is a company registration form for Industry Day #2 at Radford Army Ammunition Plant (RFAAP) scheduled for February 25-26, 2025. The form collects basic company information including name, address, ownership status (US or foreign), phone numbers, CAGE code, and business size. It contains specific provisions for companies requesting foreign subcontractor access, requiring additional documentation including export licenses and Technology Transfer Agreements.
The form includes important data handling restrictions and security provisions, requiring companies to protect technical data and limit access to US/Canadian citizens or permanent residents. Companies must authorize whether their information can be released on SAM.gov to facilitate teaming arrangements. The form is part of a broader Industry Day event for the RFAAP Operation, Maintenance, and Modernization contract opportunity being managed by Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, with specific provisions for facility tours and information sharing between potential contractors.
