About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document providing clarifications for a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the 164th Airlift Wing for a Forward-Looking Infrared (FLIR) Camera System. The document addresses six key bidding requirements: all parts must be OEM quality or supplied by authorized distributors; factory calibration certificates must cover the entire system including both the FLIR M332 system and Oshkosh integration kit to verify optimal functionality; separate line-item pricing is required for part numbers 5SK904 and 732033 with a consolidated total; quotation validity must extend through September 30, 2026, reflecting the contingent nature of funding availability; and vendors may submit quotes on their own commercial forms without requiring a specific government template. The RFQ is set aside for total small businesses under NAICS Code 336390 (Other Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing) with a 1000-employee size standard, and the Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to a single vendor capable of supplying all requested items. The Department of the Army National Guard is the contracting agency, and quotes should be submitted with FOB pricing terms as specified in the accompanying Statement of Work.
