1. Objectives & Scope
1.1 Objectives
• Acquire brand-new, factory-certified hardware configurations to support the immediate modernization of vehicle-mounted thermal camera systems across the fleet.
• Field the FLIR M332 / JCU4 camera system and the Oshkosh 5SK904 mounting/integration hardware permanently on two separate tactical fire and rescue apparatus.
• Provide crews with stabilized, high-resolution thermal imaging feeds during low-visibility navigation, search-and-rescue, and fire suppression operations.
1.2 Scope of Work
The contractor shall supply and deliver:
• One (1) complete Oshkosh Integration Kit (PN: 5SK904, THRML CAM RPLCMT,TUR
MTD,G1–G2)
• One (1) complete FLIR M332 Thermal Camera System with JCU4 Joystick Controller (PN:
732033)
The scope of this contract is strictly limited to hardware procurement and the delivery of associated technical documentation. All vehicle integration and physical installation will be performed by government personnel on the respective apparatus.
