The purpose of Amendment 1 is to clarify certain aspects of the requirement.

1. Additional FAQs

a. Is any wage determination or prevailing wage requirement applicable to the installation work?

i. A: No, this will be considered a Supply buy; no Wage Determination

Applied

b. For the three similar contracts required under COMBO Item 6, may the relevant past performance of our proposed manufacturer/installation subcontractor be submitted, or must all three references be contracts performed by the prime offeror?

i. A: Relevant past performance may come from the subcontractor, however, vendor must be able to guarantee that the work will be performed by that subcontractor.

c. PWS 1.4.D requires the Rhode Island-licensed PE to be employed by the fall protection manufacturer as a full-time fall arrest systems designer. Would a Rhode
