1. Could the contractor that this project is adjudicated too participate in the future project in where his recommendations will be implemented or would it be a conflict of interest?
No. The contractor to whom this contract is awarded too will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement and will not be able to bid on a future contract where his/her recommendations are implemented.
2. Can the list of all attendant to the past site visit be sent to all participants?
Please see the list below:

- RC Electrical
3. Please provide copy of the six most recent electrical utility bills.
Electric bills copy can be found attached.
4. Please reconsider the proposal deadline of 11 May 2020 to at least the end of May 2020, due to the Covid19 executive order, most of our electrical suppliers/manufacturers and professionals are in lockdown condition.
Unfortunately, we are at risk of losing funds and the most we can extend this contract is until 18 May 2020 at 1200pm local time. Solicitation will be amended to close on that date.
5. During the site visit, it was mentioned that an hourly rate proposal must be included for supervision and/or engineering services during future construction. Please clarify this requirement, I don’t see this requirement in the SOW.
The government has decided against this requirement and it will not be included in the SOW.
6. What is the estimated date for construction for the implementations of the recommendations that will be included in the report as a result of this study will commence?
We do not have an estimated date for implementation, it will depend on the electrical study findings.
