Question & Answer

2 December 2021

Q1: In the RFQ there was no address for Middletown PA. Do you have an address that the group will be working at or will it be a 10 mile radius based on the city?

A1: Middletown, PA (Entry Control Point at the main gate 40.193336, -76.744149)

Q2: Do the rooms you need each month in each town take place typically in a certain way?

A2: This question is unclear.

Q3: Do you need a certain number of rooms on certain days of the week, etc....or do the rooms take place randomly moreover throughout each month?

A3: A majority of the rooms will be needed on one or two weekends per month. We provide a RSD schedule at the beginning of each New Fiscal Year. We do have other training requirements that come up throughout the month. As such, we try to have most of the requests to the Contractor around the 22- 23 of the month prior and the remainder are last minute requests that we receive as soon as the members are aware they are required to come into the base.

Q4: Will you please provide any additional information regarding the Annville address?

A4: Ft. Indiantown Gap (Gate 1 on Air Guard Road 40.435519, -76.536005).

Q5: Is there a provision whereby contractors may submit pricing by year rather than flat pricing for the entire BPA term?

A5: Contractors will have the opportunity to submit an updated price list no sooner than annually for the life of the agreement.
