Responses to Questions (Q&A), 20 May 2022, RFQ: W50S91-22-Q-0013
Q1 – Is there a certain period of time that the RTU and MAU can be taken out of commission to not interfere with operations? Should it be assumed that these units must be replaced over a Saturday and be operational by Monday morning?
A1 – The units do not have to be replaced over the weekend, they can be replaced during the week. The units must be operational for UTA weekend (1 weekend per month) to support the mission. The contractor shall coordinate with COR to determine which weekend of each month is the UTA weekend and schedule work as to not interfere with UTA weekend. The contractor must also coordinate with the COR to determine when the units will be offline during the week and or non UTA weekends in order to make sufficient arrangements for the personnel using the facility during that time.
