About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract opportunity W50S8V-26-Q-0020 regarding a roof inspection service at Building 307 of the 167th Air Force facility. The document provides clarifications on 10 key inquiries submitted by potential contractors regarding project scope, access requirements, and technical specifications.

The inspection covers a metal pitched roof system spanning approximately 70,000 square feet on a 2-story building. No security clearances are required for contractor personnel, though the Government will provide temporary base access and badging pending background check clearance. Personnel will have unescorted access once badgered, with the exception that Security Forces may require an escort if roof access extends to the flightline side. A pre-quote site visit is scheduled for May 5th from 0900-1100 hours, requiring attendees to submit completed documents with legible driver's license copies to philip.henderson.5@us.af.mil. Thermal imaging is mandatory as part of the inspection deliverable, with the contractor required to provide a report identifying areas of moisture infiltration. No specific software or format is mandated for the thermal imaging analysis. A map of Building 307 is attached to the solicitation documents.
