About this file

This is a base access and security requirements document for the 167th Airlift Wing (AW) that outlines mandatory procedures and form requirements for contractors and visitors.

The document specifies critical form completion requirements including: full birth name on line 1.3, all past names and aliases including maiden names on line 1.4, complete Social Security number and date of birth on line 1.5, country of birth on line 1.6, and wet signature (non-digital) on line 1.10. All forms must be submitted no later than 10 business days prior to base access. Anyone arriving at the gate without pre-vetting will be denied entry, including all vehicle passengers. Foreign nationals must provide immigration paperwork and driver's license; failure to submit documentation proving authorization to work or reside in the USA results in automatic denial. Naturalized citizens must submit copies of their naturalization certificates with background forms. All individuals working in the USA on visas must carry alien registration documentation at all times per federal immigration law, with sponsors required to accompany visa holders 24/7 in compliance with immigration and state laws. Non-compliance penalties include fines up to $100 or imprisonment up to 30 days. Main contractors are responsible for communicating these requirements to all employees and supervisors. The document references 167th AW Base disqualifiers that are sent separately. Points of contact for questions are MSgt Green and Natalie Clower at natalie.clower.1@us.af.mil.

1.ALL FORMS MUST BE TO ME NO LATER THAN

10 BUISNESS DAYS PRIOR OF COMING ON

If a person has been Naturalized through the courts, please send a copy of the Certificate with the background form.

All person/persons working in the USA on any kind of visa’s please note that by Immigration Laws and state laws they must be with that person 24/7 (I have also attached that as well)

“Per immigration > Every alien, eighteen years of age and over, shall always carry with him and have in his personal possession any certificate of alien registration or alien registration receipt card issued to him pursuant to subsection (d). Any alien who fails to comply with the provisions of this subsection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction for each offense be fined not to exceed $100 or be imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.”

I am also sending the 167th AW Base disqualifiers out again, I highly suggest that everyone reads them.

“To all Main company’s contractors it will be left up to you and your supervisors to let everyone know. I would also highly suggest that you send out all the above information due to, I will not take the excuse they were not told or explained about this.”

Feel free to call or email with any concerns or issues about any of the above changes.
