About this file
This document is a directive from the 167th Airlift Wing (AW) Base outlining access requirements and personnel vetting procedures for individuals entering the installation. The document specifies form completion requirements, including mandatory fields for full birth name (line 1.3), all previous names and aliases including maiden names (line 1.4), complete Social Security number and date of birth (line 1.5), country of birth (line 1.6), and wet signature rather than digital signature (line 1.10).
The directive establishes three primary base access guidelines: all required forms must be submitted no later than 10 business days prior to entering the base; any individual arriving at the gate without prior vetting, including vehicle passengers, will be denied entry; and all persons arriving from foreign countries must provide immigration paperwork and driver's licenses demonstrating legal authorization to work or reside in the United States, with automatic denial for those who fail to provide such documentation. Additionally, individuals naturalized through U.S. courts must submit copies of their naturalization certificates with background forms. The document emphasizes that all persons working in the United States on visa status must maintain physical possession of alien registration certificates at all times, per federal immigration law. Main contractors are held responsible for communicating these requirements to their employees and supervisors. Inquiries should be directed to MSgt Green or Natalie Clower at natalie.clower.1@us.af.mil.
