All attendees must submit a consolidated Base Access Request via email to the Contracting Officer/Specialist no later than five business days prior to the visit, with late requests and walk-ins handled on a case-by-case basis subject to available resources. The Prime Contractor must submit a single consolidated list on company letterhead for all proposed attendees (company representatives, subcontractors, and third-party guests) containing: full legal name matching state-issued photo identification or passport, date of birth, Social Security Number, driver's license state and number, and citizenship status. Non-U.S. citizens and foreign nationals must notify the Contracting Office immediately and are subject to 10 to 30 days of advanced vetting through AFOSI and Foreign Disclosure Channels per standard Air Force Instruction rules. On the day of the site visit, all approved visitors must report to the 180th FW Main Gate (South) approximately 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to obtain an escort, and everyone must present a valid, state-issued REAL ID to gain entry. These requirements are established under DAFFARS 5352.242-9000 and AFI 31-113.
