3.0 SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Item 1: BDOC Ergonomic Desks (CLIN 0001 | Quantity: 2)
The workstations must support high-intensity, multi-monitor security operations, integrate within the BDOC operational room dimensions (approx. 20' 5" x 11' 5"), and meet the following minimum specifications:
• Configuration: L-shaped ergonomic corner workstation designed specifically for 24/7 mission-critical operations.
• Footprint & Overall Dimensions:
o Width (Left Side): 72 to 78 inches (6.0 to 6.5 ft).
o Length / Depth (Right Side): 72 to 78 inches (6.0 to 6.5 ft).
o Primary Surface Depth: 30 to 36 inches to provide adequate clearance for peripheral equipment and keyboard interaction.
• Sit-to-Stand Height Range:
o Electric sit-to-stand motorized adjustment.
o Minimum Seated Height: 28 inches or less.
o Maximum Standing Height: 47 inches or more.
• Work Surfaces: Bi-level, independently adjustable surfaces. The front keyboard/mouse work surface and the rear monitor support tier must raise and lower independently via an integrated electronic push-button controller.
• Monitor Mounting System: Structurally integrated heavy-duty monitor mounting system (poles, track, or focal-depth towers) capable of supporting a minimum of six
(6) monitors in a 3x2 array per workstation. Each monitor arm must offer full articulation (tilt, pan/swivel, and 360-degree rotation/landscape-portrait orientation).
• Cable Management: Built-in, high-capacity, fully enclosed vertical and horizontal cable management pathways, raceways, and pass-through grommets to safely and concealably route all power, network, communication, and peripheral wiring.
• Under-Desk CPU Mount: Secure, adjustable under-desk CPU holder that mounts directly to the console frame and travels synchronously with height adjustments to prevent cabling tension or disconnects.
• Power & Data Distribution: Surface-accessible power and data connectivity hub providing a minimum of four (4) standard 120V electrical receptacles and integrated cutouts/modules for network pass-throughs.
• Durability & Finish: High-pressure laminate or solid composite primary work surfaces equipped with heavy-duty bumper molding (urethane or high-impact PVC) on all user-facing edges to prevent impact wear and delamination.
Item 2: 24/7 Intensive-Use Extended-Range Task Stools (Dispatch/Drafting Grade) (CLIN 0002 | Quantity: 2)
The seating units are deployed with elevated sit-stand consoles in a continuous 24/7 security control room. They must be commercially engineered as intensive-use dispatch/drafting-height task stools and meet the following requirements:
• Classification & Rating: Certified 24/7 multi-shift continuous-use tactical dispatch/drafting stool, rated for 24-hour operations with an official warranty supporting continuous duty.
• Seat Height Range: Extended-range pneumatic cylinder providing a minimum seat height adjustment between 22 inches (low point) and 28 inches or higher (high point).

1504935317N Highlight
• Foot Rest: Heavy-duty, integrated 360-degree steel foot ring, height-adjustable to provide continuous lower-leg support across the full cylinder adjustment range.
• Structural Frame: Heavy-duty all-steel internal structural frame; no plastic or composite load-bearing structural members.
• Base & Cylinder: High-stability, wide five-point reinforced metal base (polished cast aluminum or welded heavy-gauge steel) fitted with commercial-grade dual-wheel casters suitable for intensive commercial flooring.
• Mechanism & Adjustment Controls: Multi-function tilt mechanism featuring independent seat pan angle adjustment, backrest recline adjustment, multiple tilt-lock positions, and pneumatic seat height adjustment.
• Flip-Up Armrests: Heavy-duty adjustable armrests (height/width) featuring a vertical "flip-up" folding mechanism that swings completely back out of the way to accommodate utility belts, sidearms, and tactical vest gear.
• Headrest: Fully articulating, height- and angle-adjustable headrest for cervical spine support during prolonged monitoring.
• Foam Cushioning: High-density, high-resilience molded cold-cured foam designed to maintain shape, prevent bottoming out, and resist compression deformation over multi-year continuous operational cycles.
• Upholstery: Heavy-wear commercial synthetic leather (polyurethane/vinyl) engineered with anti-microbial/anti-bacterial protection, high abrasion resistance (minimum 100,000 double rubs Wyzenbeek test), and reinforced double-stitched seams.
Item 3: Heavy-Duty Armory Shelving (CLIN 0003 | Quantity: 1)
The shelving unit is intended to optimize and organize mission equipment in the 179 SFS facility:

• Assembly: Industrial boltless "rivet-lock" interlocking design allowing tool-free assembly and rigid structural rigidity.
• Shelving Tiers: Three (3) adjustable levels, adjustable in 1.5-inch increments along the vertical uprights.
• Decking & Center Supports: Heavy-duty shelf decks fabricated from 5/8-inch to 1-inch thick industrial-grade particle board or equivalent commercial decking, reinforced with dedicated steel center support channels under each tier to prevent deflection.
• Load Capacity: Minimum distributed weight capacity of 1,500 lbs per individual shelf tier, providing a total minimum unit load rating of 4,500 lbs.
• Finish: Industrial-grade, rust- and scratch-resistant powder coat finish in solid black.
