About this file
This file contains Request for Information (RFIs) for a Mess Attendant Services contract (Solicitation Number: W50S8P-25-Q-A004) issued by the Ohio Air National Guard at Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base. The solicitation is for commercial services using simplified acquisition procedures, with a NAICS code of 561720 and a size standard of $22,000,000. The contract will be a firm-fixed price purchase order for mess attendant/KP services for the 121st Air Refueling Wing, covering a base year and four option years.
Key details from the RFIs include confirmation that this is a brand-new contract with no current incumbent, though recent services were obtained using a government purchase card. The dining facility serves 120-130 people per day during a 2-day drill period, with contracted employees performing janitorial and service work such as washing dishes, setting tables, and restocking. The government will furnish all necessary supplies, and the Service Contract Act (SCA) wage determination is 2015-4729 revision 28 dated 28-Dec-2024. The award will go to the lowest-priced quote meeting minimum technical requirements across all contract line items (CLINs).
