Request for Information #1 for Oil Disposal Requirement Date: 14 Jun 2022
Q1 - Is there an incumbent currently working this project effort?
A1 - No, this is a new requirement.
Q2 - Is there a bid sheet?
A2 - No. Please provide a total price for each year followed by a total price for all years. Should you want to use a SF to submit your firm’s quote, feel free to use a SF 18.
Q3 - Would it be possible to come on base and take a sample of oil that is needed for recycling?
A3 - Refer to section 3.0 & 3.1.1.
Q4 - Is there any anti-freeze needing pick-up as well?
A4 - No
Q5 - How far are the seven (7) SAP locations apart?
A5 – The vendor should have some sort of vac truck capable of driving across base. The base is 88 acres and the SAPs vary. Some are closer to each other than others.
Q6 - Is the quantity of 300-1000 gallons every three (3) months referred to in the PWS pertain to a single location or the sum of all seven (7) locations?
A6 – That is the sum of all the SAPS.
