4. Is it possible to get pictures of the site?

Pictures are attached for your reference with the exceptions of rooms 176 and 185 (secure areas and unable to release pictures).

5. Has or will any of the furniture be removed or will the furniture be as typical for normal operation?

There is some furniture remaining. Please refer to pictures. Per the SOW the contractor shall move all furniture as needed to complete the work.

6. Will the space be occupied and operating or vacant?

The space is currently vacant.

7. If occupied, how much square footage will be turned over to the contractor on a daily basis to address. If not occupied, will the entire space be available to work in continuously?

The space will be available to the contractor during the period of performance continuously.

8. Is the furniture loose furniture or systems furniture?

The remaining furniture consists of desks.

9. Can you provide a representative photo of the furniture and give some idea as to relatively how packed the space is.

Please refer to pictures added to solicitation.

This standard requires the space shall receive a moisture test and any required mediation before installation starts. Are your instructions removing this requirement from the flooring contractor and to be addressed by others? If this requirement is not properly addressed, the manufacturer may not provide a warranty on the product and installation instructions may also be voided. Please advise.
