About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) responses document for solicitation W50S8C26QA006, a 152 Food Service Contract. The RFI addresses questions received as of 16 April 2026 and provides government answers to two inquiries from potential contractors.
Regarding meal volume and headcount projections, the government references Technical Exhibit 3 in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) as the source for projected headcount estimates for the upcoming contract period. For the level of effort inquiry concerning estimated labor hours per drill weekend for food preparation, serving, and cleanup activities, the government clarifies that it does not direct the specific number of hours required to complete PWS requirements. Instead, contractors must complete all PWS requirements within operating hours of no earlier than 0600 and no later than 1500 on drill days, allowing contractors to determine their own labor hour allocations within these parameters.
