Q1. Will a place be provided by the Camp Grayling facility to dispose of the 30 gallon garbage bags or will the vendor be required to obtain a refuse company to dispose of the garbage bags?
A1. Camp Grayling DPW informed that contractor cannot ulize onsite trash compactors and will have to dispose by other means.
Q2. Is it possible to bid this solicitaon with every other day service?
A2. Every other day service will suffice; however, we would request that in the event certain units require service sooner then the contractor is available to do so.

Q4. Will the vendor have access to place units before 16 July 2024 to avoid the influx and congeson of the arriving military parcipants?
A4. The bulk of the parcipants will arrive the week of the 29th, we do not ancipate congeson.
Q5. Could you please provide informaon about the incumbent contractor and the award amount for the previous contract at your earliest convenience?
A5. Our agency was not affiliated with the prior year acquision.

Q8. See the red arrows in the picture below. Is the expectation to bring and set up latrines a day or two and pull them out only to bring back again? It would be more cost effective to leave the latrines in place until no longer needed. The alternative in moving in and moving out, then followed by moving back will impact the serviceability cost.
A8. Yes. The vendor could choose to leave them in this case if they prefer however, there will be no one in the area ulizing them for those days.
