A1. Yes, there are points available on locaon for both potable and nonpotable water as long as it is in support of military units.
Q2. Is the bid just for containment and removal of gray water?
A2. That is the primary purpose, however, in the event a unit cannot transport their own water it would be requested for a refresh of water in addion to the pickup of gray water.
Q3. Reference [4.2 Containers to capture Graywater.] Can a more detailed descripon be provided?
A3. This is primarily in support of units conducng field feeding which requires the means to dispose of the waste water that is typically discharged via a large hose. The container would need to be able to accommodate this. The 464 QM preference is 2 each 2,000 gallon tanks in support of their shower/laundry operaons. With 10% increase the preference would be for 2,200 gallon tanks to avoid spillage.

A8. Correct. This will not require black water removal as it is for field feeding and in the field shower/laundry.
Q9. The grey water removal price quote sheet does not include a separate CLIN for supplying potable water that is menoned in the SOW. That would require a separate potable water truck to be available during the period of performance if used or not. The Queson and Answer period has passed but we'll try and provide a quote that matches what is stated in the RFQ.
A9. The DOS included the freshwater in the event a parcipang military unit is not able to transport their own potable water. With that, the units should have their own means and none of them have reached out requesng potable water delivery.
